ONCE UPON A TIME…

Didier Tourret, butcher, is one of those who believe in it hard. This is in particular what prompted him to start his own business, Charcuterie Aux Trois Cochons Gourmands, in 2008, after a remarkable stint at the Maison du rôti, located on the Plateau Mont-Royal, where he carved out a solid reputation. But one day, with the support of his wife, Noëlla Lussier, he decided to go into business.

« I needed new challenges. I have a rather developed creative side and my wife is persevering and optimistic. We rolled up our sleeves and dived. Then our son Gérémie joined the ranks, ”says Mr. Tourret. Charcuterie Aux Trois Cochons Gourmands was founded in Mont-Saint-Hilaire in June 2008, the company moved to Saint-Hyacinthe in 2012, which allowed it to double its production.
